Berries Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 6 raspberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup dairy free yogurt
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients in the blender and blend them well.
  2. it is ready to serve, enjoy!

 

Anti-Inflammatory Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 large pineapple wedge
  • 2 inches fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender with 1 cup of water, blend and it’s ready.

 

Pink Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3 Strawberries
  • 4 Raspberries
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 3 Tbsp Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together. Make sure the chia seeds are put after you already added the milk so they don’t get stuck on the bottom of the blender.
  2. Add extra chia on top of the smoothie (optional). Enjoy!

Immunity Green Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cucumber peeled
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 kale leaves
  • 1 tsp Spirulina+Chlorella powder

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber and cut the apple in 2.
  2. Add all ingredients to the blender, add water or coconut water, some ice and blend. Enjoy!

Orange Kale Juice

Ingredients:

  • 2 Kale leaves
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 whole orange
  • Coconut water

Instructions:

  1. Peel the orange, cut in half and throw it in the blender.
  2. Cut the stems out of the kale and throw the kale leaves and spinach in the blender.
  3. Add coconut water or regular water (your preference) blend and enjoy!

Green Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Fresh Orange juice
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 full hand Spinach
  • 3 kale leaves

Instructions:

  1. Top up with a little bit of water and ice, blend all ingredients together and it’s ready!
